新的“道德与专业技能模块”旨在以创新的方式帮助ACCA学员发展真实商业情境所需的道德与专业技能，进而将职业道德，专业技能与ACCA学习中获取的专业知识有机结合起来，帮助ACCA学员在职场上脱颖而出，赢得雇主青睐。同时，新模块将有助于ACCA学员通过战略专业阶段（Strategic Professional level）的考试。

为什么要完成职业道德与专业技能模块？

1▶ 完成现有AB-FM (原F1-F9)课程后，并完成这个模块，可获得Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Finance

2▶ 如果申请牛津布鲁克斯大学的学士学位（OBU）必须完成这个模块

3▶ 申请成为ACCA会员必须完成这个模块

4▶ 新道德模块的内容可以帮助学员提高自身专业技能，比如：communication, commercial, analysis, professional scepticism, and evaluation。

5▶ 对战略专业阶段课程的学习，尤其是对新科目SBR 和SBL 的学习非常有帮助。

职业道德与专业技能模块有哪些内容？

职业道德与专业技能模块共含六个交互式单元，和一个综合模块

六个交互式单元

UNIT 1 Ethics and Professionalism 职业道德与专业素质

Applying the broad ethical and professional values，moral compass which underpins all the other professional skills and behaviours explored in the module and expected of professional accountants

这部分主要包括伦理学的一些理论，职业会计师应遵守的职业道德准则，及如何解决道德两难的问题等。

UNIT 2 Personal Effectiveness 个人效能

Recognising own responsibility and maximising the quality and quantity of work outputs and communicate and interact with others，making the most of resources that are available.

这部分主要包括个人时间管理，如何写个人简历，组织安排时间，会议，如何高效使用IT技术，比如如何使用spreadsheet进行数据分析等。

UNIT 3 Innovation and Scepticism 创新与质疑精神

Encouraging open mindedness and innovative thinking to create or suggest solutions recognising limitations and implementation issues that are respond to the problem，feasible and acceptable.

这部分主要包括创新的思维和要素，创新和竞争优势，如何促进工作中的创新及如何展示职业的质疑精神等。

UNIT 4 Commercial Awareness，Analysis，Evaluation and Problem Solving 商业意识、分析、评估和解决问题

Making recommendations and inferences by viewing situations from different perspectives or sources; recognising the factors and opportunities that influence business success and understanding business processes, relationships，risks and costs.

这部分主要包括如何锻炼自己的商业意识和洞察力，如何做规划，并且对大量数据进行评估并提出合适的方案。

UNIT 5 Leadership and Team Working 领导力与团队协作

Recognising and applying the different types of leadership and traits adopted at or adapted to every level of an organisation to inspire，motivate，effectively and efficiently manage others.

这部分主要包括领导和管理的区别，领袖的特质和领袖理论，团队的建立过程和团队成员角色，及如何对团队成员进行有效的激励等。

UNIT 6 Communication Skills 沟通交流与人际交往技能

Communicating effectively in the business environment（clients，customers，colleagues and external authorities）,including recognising appropriate channels，geographical and cultural issues.

这部分主要包括沟通的过程及如何有效的沟通，包括如何写email, 组织开会，写报告，打电话，做presentation等。

UNIT 7 Final Assessment

Student is presented with a series of video clips about a situation based on several or all of the 6 units in an interactive exercised.

student is faced with problems or issues which they have to identify，explore and respond to by coming up with solutions and ways to effectively deliver these solutions.

ACCA学员学完前面六个单元后第七单元是模拟真实商业情境的总结性测评。学员将以专业会计师的身份来申请跨国公司财务经理职位并解决真实商业情境中的挑战，提供有效及至佳解决方案。

是交互式、综合性的模块结束考核，它以前6单元的内容为基础，并融入真实情境，学员将以专业会计师的身份，迎接真实商业挑战，制定至佳有效解决方案。
