公司办公地点在西二旗。
US reporting manager
Responsibility:
1.Prepare consolidated financial statements of the company monthly and quarterly;
2.Participating in preparation of 6-k and 20-F according to SEC rules;
3.Prepare internal control policy related to financial reporting;
4.Cooperation with external audit and appraisal;
5.Other related jobs.
Requirements:
1.Majored in accounting or related,bachelor degree at least;
2.3-4 years' auditing or reporting experience in big four or listed company;
3.Be familiar with PRC accounting standards,US GAAP or IFRS;
4.CICPA or AICPA is preferable;
5.Have good communication skill;
6.Excellent English writing,reading and communication skills;
7.Be familiar with excel,word,ppt etc;

集团财务报告经理
岗位职责:
1、准备集团合并财务报表及月度合并报表（under US GAAP & PRC GAAP）;
2、按照SEC规定参与准备公司季报和年报;
3、制定、修订与财务报表相关的内部控制制度;
4、处理与外部审计、评估公司等相关事务;
5、其他相关工作。
任职资格:
1、财会专业或相关专业，本科以上学历;
2、3-4年四大工作经验或者上市公司财务报告相关工作;
3、熟悉中国会计准则及美国会计准则;
4、拥有CICPA或者AICPA资格者优先;
5、英语读写听说能力优秀;
6、熟练计算机操作，沟通能力强。
