美国官员：中国一再表示担心美国债务违约（双语）
A senior State Department official said China has repeatedly expressed concern over the possibility the U.S. would default on its debt.
美国国务院一位高级官员说，中国不断对美国将出现债务违约这种可能性表示担忧。
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in China Monday and is scheduled to meet with top Chinese government official Dai Bingguo as talks drag on in Washington over whether to raise the federal debt ceiling.
在华盛顿就是否提高美国联邦债务上限的谈判久拖不决之际，美国国务卿希拉里•克林顿（Hillary Clinton）周一抵达中国访问，她将与中国政府高级官员戴秉国举行会晤。
The senior state department official said China has expressed its views about the debt situation several times in official “demarches,” diplomatic language for a formal expression of views.
这位美国国务院高级官员说，中国已先后几次在其官方“行动方针”中对美国的债务形势表达了看法。这名官员在这里使用了外交语言，他的意思是中国已对美国债务形势正式表达了自己的看法。
“They've basically made clear they've made substantial investment in the U.S. and they expect, not hope, that the U.S. will abide by its various financial and international commitments,” the State Department official said.
这位官员说，他们主要阐明的观点是，他们在美国进行了大量投资，他们期待，而不是希望，美国能遵守其各种金融及国际承诺。
